BJ and his team did an amazing job! BJ explained the entire process and helped us navigate our insurance company. They were punctual and the clean up was amazing! A couple of hours after the install the only proof they were even here was the new beautiful roof. They even took extra care of our koi pond next to the house. No trash, or nails to be found. I had my roof replaced and it was perfect. The process was smooth and they gave me options but explained all of them so I could choose the best one for my home. I was very happy with the price. When the work was complete, I checked everything and it was done better than I’ve seen in the area. I was extremely pleased with the results and the service I received.
Nice and prompt service. Came out to inspect our roof for damages after the recent windstorm. Ended up replacing the missing shingles, just in time for the coming rain! No questions asked. Will be using again.
I had our roof inspected because all the neighbors were replacing their roof from the last hail storm! BJ inspected our roof and was completely honest that there was no hail damage or repairs needed. We had a leak somewhere in our roof. I called a couple different places for estimates. The first company came out and gave us an estimate to replace a portion of the roof without knowing if that would fix the problem. Nova came out and looked the roof over. Instead of throwing money at it, they did the cheapest repair they thought would fix the problem. Very knowledgeable and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of! I would highly recommend them to everyone!!

During recent hail/wind storm I saw shingles fly off room. I was concerned about water leaking so I called Nova roofing systems. Very professional service and response times to questions and appointments were fantastic!
I was referred to NOVA Roofing Systems by a coworker, he had stated that he had his roof looked at a few times over the years and was told that his roof did not need to be replaced. I was impressed at that, not many honest businesses out there anymore. Anyhow I called BJ Harmel, he came out and of course I did need a roof after the Mother’s Day Storm. BJ was here the day the appraiser came and took care of everything. He assisted me in coordinating the replacement of my gutters as well. He assisted me in getting my depreciation check from the insurance only after suggesting I get an updated estimate from my insurance; ensuring I was getting all I had coming back. I know this is a long review, but I want you to know you can trust this roofing company, they are honest and trustworthy, they are not one of those fly by night roofing companies that chase storms, replace your roof then disappear. I highly recommend NOVA Roofing Systems.

This is the second time I needed to get roofing done. This time not a repair but to fix hailstorm damage which caused my entire roof and gutters needing to be replaced. BJ at Nova was on top of all our needs and completed all the work quickly and efficiently. BJ walked us through the entire process working with insurance while explaining every part of the process. BJ answered all my questions about the whole process and was kind enough to remove and replace the screens in our home as well rather than having my husband and I figure it out. Our roof looks great and our screens now are actually keeping the insects out while we can enjoy the cool spring and fall breezes.

These boyzzz don't jack around. After hail storm in Temple a few weeks back I didn't fall for the storm chasers I went with the best Nova Roof Systems. They picked a different color that flowed excellent with my newly painted casa. Highly recommend 👍👍

After these last storms I had them come do a free inspection on my roof. He was very timely, knowledgeable, and to the point with everything. Even sealed up a few cracks to keep the water out while I get things sorted out with my insurance.
So far they have been excellent. They came when they said and the estimate came in a timely manner. Update: I have used Nova Roof Systems multiple times now due to extenuating circumstances. I appreciate how they communicated with my insurance company and were willing to work with me on the payment. On the day of my project they came did the work and left. They cleaned up and hauled away all of the debris. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

His roofing and gutter installation crews, respectively, are technically competent dynamos of efficiency, a great coordinated group of workers. Each was on task removing shingles and gutters within 10 minutes of arrival. Each crew cleaned the work area in a thorough manner that belied any work had immediately preceded it. In a process that can be very stressful, Nova roofing made the process of dealing with our insurance company rather worry free. We had our roof replaced and our house painted. BJ was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. The workers that came to do the job were very respectful of the property and left no materials behind. They did the work promptly and very well. I have seen other reviews of different roofers saying nails and other debris was left behind. I can say that you will not have that problem with Nova. The workers were friendly and also answered all the questions we had. We cannot recommend Nova enough. If you need your roof repaired or replaced, choose Nova, you will be happy you did.
