I highly recommend Nova Roof Systems to anyone needing repairs or replacement. BJ was always responsive and his customer service was excellent leading up to and during the project. BJ did a great job thoroughly explaining the process and took the time to make sure I understood every step. The roof was replaced in less than a day and it looks great. He also helped me work though a frustrating insurance process. If you live in the Central Texas area, you won't be disappointed with using Nova versus one of those corporate roofing companies.
I was referred to BJ by a coworker who had her roof replaced by him as well as her son’s, and I could not have had a better experience. From start to finish, BJ was professional, responsive, and patient in answering all my questions. He took the time to explain the process along with filing an insurance claim, which made everything much less stressful. The materials were delivered and the roof was completed exactly as BJ said it would be. He even included free upgraded shingles and a high profile ridge, which have striking impact and quality. BJ and his team definitely provided a great work. On the same day I called he was able to come and do the assessment, then provide the quote later that day. We had a lot of questions and BJ is always very helpful and responsive. Once we got the HOA approval, BJ was able to schedule us very quickly. During the work day, his team did an awesome job preparing before they start and cleaning after they finished. BJ was onsite on the work day and make sure everything was done correctly after day after. I would recommend Nova Roof. The whole process was smooth, thoughtful and professional.

After another company DR Horton.. sent this people to do this job and it had started leaking because the tarp wasn't done right. He came, he fixed the tarp, and no more leaking. He came the same Day that I called. He noted that we were expecting rain and he wouldn’t have it repaired prior to it raining so he got on the roof immediately and took the necessary precautions for me within two days. It was back and my roof was repaired and he didn’t try to break the bank! I will definitely be using again

After the recent wind storms, we had here in Nolanville. I called BJ.at Nova Roof Systems LLC. I asked him if he could come over and take a look at our roof. He said he’d be right over no charge to inspect our roof. He said it looked pretty good. There was a couple loose shingles. He glued them down for us. No charge if I could give this man 10 stars, he would get 10 stars if we ever need our roof replaced this is the person we will be calling. He was very professional and prompt. I highly recommend this man. If you have loose or missing shingles, he’ll come inspect your roof for you and let you know what needs to be done. Very fair and honest thank you very much. BJ and his team did an amazing job! BJ explained the entire process and helped us navigate our insurance company. They were punctual and the clean up was amazing! A couple of hours after the install the only proof they were even here was the new beautiful roof. They even took extra care of our koi pond next to the house. No trash, or nails to be found. Thier friendly and supportive customer service made selecting which product I wanted a guaranteed choice by offering me what I needed for my roof, and not by them trying to make a profit off of things I did not need. I was very satisfied with the job they did from start to finish, as well as with thier professional demeanor and getting done in a highly acceptable time frame.
BJ came and looked at my roof within a few hours, which only needed a few shingles repaired, and he did the repair only for the cost of the supplies! Will 100% be coming back if we need any other roof repairs done!

He also gave me an excellent price that was about $4,000 less than another company estimated--which was very important as this wasn't an insurance claim for the roof. He and his team took care of a project at my mothers house, and they took time to protect landscaping and outside areas while removing limbs and old materials to be replaced. So, I asked Siri to show me some roof contractors and the first Hispanic sounding company was Nova’s roofing. I called the guy, and from the moment I spoke to him I knew he was the real deal. He came out immediately to assess the damage. He looked through the reports from the insurance and talked me through the process. We had already interviewed about 8 different companies reviewed by friends. BJ was the most honest and forthright. I did not feel like he was trying to scam me or the insurance. It was an honest transaction with a knowledgeable man. The company came out and did everything immediately as promised. They spoke to the insurance directly and got all of the damage covered and my home looking good. After completing the job, he even ordered some trim pieces and completed another job to make my roof really shine. I highly recommend this guy. He is not the cheapest because he doesn’t skimp on the work. The roof is looking beautiful and it was all cared for and completed in a timely way.

I was given a list of roof repair companies from friends and neighbors and I called NOVA first. BJ answered timely and was able to inspect my house on a Saturday, a date that was convenient to me! There was no waiting days or weeks to schedule an appointment. After inspecting my roof, he showed me pictures of some areas with aging pipe jacks. I contact Nova Roofing after I was reading a review, I send a message end of May on a Saturday late and the following Monday was a Holiday. Mr Harmel responded on a Sunday morning. I did not expect a fast response, than Monday morning he asked if we was at home and if he can come and take a look. He was there an hour later . Mr Harmel explained what kind of damage we had, I let him know does we contact the insurance but because of the age of the roof and the coverage we had we would come out of pocket. Mr Harmel stated he would send over the estimate for the roof. The communication with Mr Harmel was easy understanding and he made my decision to go with Nova Roofing very easy. After picking a color and choose a different vent system , he let me know of a date and when the material is going to be delivered. They start early in the morning and by time I got home I had a new roof. The areas around the house was clean up . I decided to get a free evaluation of my roof after some recent hail in the area. Nova came out the same day and checked the roof which was installed recently by another business and found that it was still in good condition and offered to caulk a slight leak in the chimney stack at no charge.

I am meticulous when it comes to finding the right company to do work on my home. We talked, he listened to what I asked, and he offered options. We walked around the house, and he inspected. I got the proposal the next morning. He beat the other bid that I had...hands down, and with better shingles. I agreed and we set a date (less than a week later). The materials delivery took place, and I was amazed...they managed to stack several pallets of shingles on a very steep driveway (so quietly that my dog never reacted). I asked how long it would take, and was told one day. I have a large, two story house...I was skeptical. The next day, the crew showed up early, unloaded, setup, and got to work. They were amazing, hard working, and very polite. They made short work of removing the old roof. They laid new underlayment, shingles, attic vents, and through roof vents for the plumbing. The crew could not have been any better. They finished in less than one day, the roof looks amazing, and there is no more worry about leaks. Given the amount of material that came off of the roof, I am amazed that there is nothing left in the yard...they went around the house twice with magnets to get all of the nails. Nova Roof Systems was referred to me and I couldn’t be more pleased. BJ came out he same day I called and I had a quote the next evening. I ended up getting three quotes and received 30 year shingles for less than the 25 year quoted by others. The job was done quickly (1 day) and all trash, etc was gone. After they left, the only thing left behind was a great new roof. One other thing, I did receive picture updates throughout the day via text. It was not asked for but nice to get. It was a stroke of good luck, for me, when Rocky Ward, a Nova roofing specialist, knocked on my door and offered a free roof inspection. I’ve suspected I had some hail damage and my roof was 13 years old, but I just kept putting it off and had already turned-down similar offers before. But Rocky had a pleasant friendly manner and an open, honest face so I said, “sure, go ahead”. On the basis of his inspection and report I contacted my insurance and their adjuster verified Rocky’s findings and recommended a new roof. I was entirely satisfied in every particular with Nova - they were open, friendly, professional, and remained engaged and in touch throughout the process, from inspection to completion. They began the installation on time and finished as promised. Nova’s owner, BJ, came by to introduce himself and ask if I had any questions and was also personable and friendly. Nova promised a thorough clean-up and they delivered on that promise as well. On the basis of my experience I recommend Nova without reservation.

1st off I have never wrote a review before, good or bad, but let me tell you, working with this company was great and they deserve it! The professionalism was impeccable and customer service was on point!! I was dreading the thought of hiring someone to replace my roof(not just because of the cost) but dealing with a contractor is hardly ever a good experience, this company made the process so easy and smooth and to top it off they were the lowest bid of about 5 different companies! To be honest their final quote was not the reason I chose them, their customer service was!! The cost was just the icing on the cake, lol!!! I simply cannot say enough good things about my experience with Nova Roofing. I had to replace my roof due to hail damage. This was my first time doing a project from a home insurance claim, and I was apprehensive about the process. Nova Roofing is truly exceptional and made the process easy to navigate. The owner, Mr. Harmel, clearly takes great pride in his business; he is very hands-on in every step of the project and ensures that the process goes smoothly. The project kicked off with Mr. Harmel coming out to do a free inspection. He explained how the general process works and how Nova Roofing does business. Next, he reviewed the scope of work from my insurance adjuster and answered my many questions about the damage, the project, and the insurance process. He also contacted my insurance adjuster directly throughout the project to make sure they were on the same page and that nothing that should have been covered got missed. My insurance issued a check with both myself and my mortgage company on it. To get my mortgage company to endorse the check there were several hoops to jump through including getting some additional documentation from Nova Roofing. Mr. Harmel helped navigate my bank's request and got the documents to me very quickly. Mr. Harmel took the time to go over each item on the contract with me and review all the color options for the roof and gutters. When his local supplier didn't have my first choice for gutter color in stock he went the extra mile to find that color in stock an hour away in Waco. He also explained the difference between 3-Tab and Architectural Shingles, and upgraded my roof to 30-Year Architectural Shingles for free. Materials were delivered the day before the install and Mr. Harmel kept me up to date with when the delivery was expected so I could be prepared and have my driveway clear for the forklift. The roof install itself was done in a single day including both the house and my shed. The crew was excellent and Mr. Harmel came onsite both during the install and after to do a post install inspection. Everything was cleaned up really well after the install, no trash or materials were left behind. Two days later the new gutters were installed in just a couple of hours. Samuel installed the gutters and recommended removing an extra downspout on the front of the house. Mr. Harmel provided a very thorough explanation of why the downspout was not needed given the slope of the roof in that area and the length of the gutter run on the front of the house, which helped me feel confident in the decision to remove it. This has been a trend throughout the project. Mr. Harmel's willingness to talk shop and thoroughly explain each decision has been truly wonderful. It's rare to find a professional that is not only willing to explain their reasoning in-depth, but is also able to explain it in a way that makes sense to a novice. Mr. Harmel will not only make sure your new roof is in perfect condition, he'll make sure you learn about roofing along the way, making me a more competent homeowner in the process. I highly recommend working with Nova Roofing! They made what could have been a very stressful project into a truly enjoyable project. I researched about 8 roofing companies before starting work with Nova Roofing and I'm so grateful I went with them! I could not have asked for a better experience.

I was referred to this company by a long time friend after some high winds took a large section of shingles from my roof. BJ contacted me immediately after hearing from my friend that I was looking for a company. I was highly impressed by the response time and how personable he was on the phone. He was super flexible and was out the very next morning to inspect the damage. Being that I work night shift I often find it difficult to schedule any services around my schedule vs a company's availability. This was not the case here, BJ was extremely understanding and worked around my sleep/work schedule and didn't miss a beat in scheduling and getting the work done. I had a roof leak that caused moderate ceiling damage. The home insurance wouldn't cover it, my warranty company resolved what they thought the issue was but was not a guarantee it was fixed. I had several contractors come out that gave conflicting inspections which frustrated me because I felt I was being overcharged. Nova roofing was my last attempt to resolve my issue. Mr. Billy was very prompt with responding and conducting the roof inspection. He talked me through everything he inspected, and made cost-effective recommendations that were similar to my request. After hquote, an unfortunate circumstance would delay the ceiling repair but Mr. Billy went above and beyond to find someone outside of his company that would be able to complete the ceiling repair. The ceiling repair was completed in a timely manner and restored to it's pre damage finish. The quote was reasonable and affordable giving me peace of mind that everything would be repaired without hurting my finances. I was always updated on timelines and informed of changes. On the day of roof repair my ridge went was being replaced and I asked for turtle vents instead to ensure no further leaking would occur. The roofing team arrived and immediately got to work. Mr. Billy supervised the work and sent updates (pictures and video)of how the repairs were coming along. The results were amazing. I feel reassured that my concerns have been addressed and I will not have to worry about leaks again. Mr. Billy and his team were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and always considered the customer's input. Nova Roof has been an extremely professional company to work with. Prompt, respectful, and thorough job completion. Went above and beyond with cleanup, even ensuring neighbors yards were clean as well. We live in a garden home so neighbors are close. We had our roof replaced, gutters replaced, garage door painted, fence power washed and stained and window screens repaired. Neighbors were so impressed they hired Nova for their repairs! Five stars is not high enough for the stellar service we received.

They were able to schedule the re-roof a few days out and completed the re-roof process in one day(Tear off to completion). Our roof was damaged from the storm last week and BJ was quick to assess the damage and implement the repairs asap due to more rain in the forecast. Despite me being overseas he was very easy to communicate with and provided before and after pictures as well as detailed explanations about the work he was going to do. Working with BJ and crew at Nova Roof System was one of the best experiences I have had working with a contractor. BJ was present from start to finish during our project which included a new roof and gutters. He walked us through the process with our insurance company. He kept in constant contact with the insurance company and myself. BJ asked me my expectation and specifics for replacing the roof and delivered on both. After the roofing job, that was completed in one day, BJ and the crew did such a great job cleaning you would not have known they completed the roof that day. On Saturday, I used Nova's website to request a free roof inspection. Within 10 minutes, a representative contacted me and scheduled an appointment for early Monday morning. The employee arrived exactly on time, was professional, and did a thorough inspection (even removing a bunch of loose nails leftover by another company that installed the roof). Thankfully, there was no damage to my roof. Even though it was free, I offered to pay for the time since it gave me peace of mind. The employee wouldn't accept my offer and was just happy to address my concerns. I will use Nova for any roofing business in the future and will recommend them anyone I know.

We had a leak somewhere in our roof. I called a couple different places for estimates. The first company came out and gave us an estimate to replace a portion of the roof without knowing if that would fix the problem. Nova came out and looked the roof over. Called Billy at Nova Roof Systems to have an estimate done to replace the shingles on my roof, which was damaged by hail. He was at our home the next day and provided me with an estimate. I had estimates from other roofing companies, but chose Nova Roof Systems because of Billy's professionalism, friendliness, and his commitment that the job would exceed my expectations. I was not disappointed. All of the materials were delivered on the appointed day, and the work started the following day as scheduled. The workers were professional friendly, and completed the work by the end of the day. The new roof looks absolutely amazing. I did a walk around the house after the crew left to make sure the clean up was as advertised. I did not find any garbage, and more important not a single nail left behind. In a process that can be very stressful, Nova roofing made the process of dealing with our insurance company rather worry free. We had our roof replaced and our house painted. BJ was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. The workers that came to do the job were very respectful of the property and left no materials behind. They did the work promptly and very well. I have seen other reviews of different roofers saying nails and other debris was left behind. I can say that you will not have that problem with Nova. The workers were friendly and also answered all the questions we had. We cannot recommend Nova enough. If you need your roof repaired or replaced, choose Nova, you will be happy you did. BJ, while installing a new roof on our neighbor’s house, took it upon himself to come over to our home and removed debris that was on our roof. He didn’t have to do this. BJ answered and assured me that he would be out later in the afternoon. BJ arrived as scheduled and assessed the problem; then completed the repairs that same day.
